K-Surplus Sales, Inc and ksurplus.com take great pride in serving our customers with quality products. We provide discount prices because all items are purchased through either closeouts, or surplus from major manufacturers and/or distributers. Even though we hold a high standard of purchasing our products, because of their surplus nature, will always be sold and sent, "as is." Meaning we are not responsible for any flaws in the product or packaging, and all sales are final. Items shown on our website, to our belief and knowledge, are true representations of the items we have in stock. If you receive a shipment containing damaged items from shipping, please retain the package, including the packaging material, and email us at info@ksurplus.com or call (619) 474-6177 immediately to notify us of the damage. If you have any other questions or concerns regarding our policy do not hesitate to email or call.

Since we have not manufactured any of the items offered on our site or purchased them with recourse to warranties by their original manufacturers we cannot make any warranties or accept any responsibility for their use or misuse beyond our selling price.

Ordering

We have worked hard at developing a website storefront that is convenient, and to our knowledge safe, for you to use. However if you are not comfortable purchasing online, please call (619) 474-6177, or email info@ksurplus.com, and we will gladly assist you in ordering otherwise.

Shipping

Shipping charges are determined by the weight, size and zip code of shipping destination. Larger items may be shipped freight line by request. To determine your shipping costs for an item(s), simply add the item to the Shopping Cart. The shipping charges will be displayed in the Shopping Cart before any credit card information is required. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and money orders. Credit card orders will be charged at time of shipping. All payments must be U.S. funds. California orders will be added a 7.5% sales tax.
